  • What is Parclick and how does it work?
    • Parclick is an online parking space reservation platform, where you can find more than our 1,000 partnership car parks throughout Europe.
    • Use our search bar and find a parking space near work, theatres, hotels, airports… just choose where you want to park, book it through our online payment system and that’s it! Your parking space will be waiting for you when you get there.
  • How do I pay for my booking?

    The last step to complete your booking with Parclick is to pay the full amount for the entirety of your stay. You can pay with a credit or debit card, and by using PayPal too. Of course, Parclick has a secure payment certificate for all transactions carried out on the web site and the app.

  • Is there an additional charge if I choose to pay with PayPal?

    Yes, with PayPal there’s a surcharge depending on the cost of your booking (please note, in case of the cancellation of your booking, this PayPal surcharge will not be refunded):

    • For bookings of €36.99 or less (VAT included), the PayPal surcharge is €1.
    • For bookings of €37 or more (VAT included), the PayPal surcharge will be the equivalent to 2.5% of the booking’s value.
  • I have a discount code, how can I apply it?

    Lucky you! During the booking process, you will see a box where you can enter your code and apply the discount to your booking. You’ll only be able to use the discount if it’s less than the total cost of your booking. Please bare in mind that the the discount code may only be used once, and in case of the cancellation or the modification of your booking, you won’t be able to get it back or use it again.

  • How can I get an invoice?

    We’ll sort it out for you! Just send us an email at including the following information: the location of your booking and the tax information of the company or the person (name, address, I.D. number).

  • I’ve just booked with Parclick, what do I do now?

    After having completed the online booking process, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking and information about the car park. On the day of your arrival, follow the instructions on the email to access the car park or to get to the meeting point if you have booked a valet car parking service.

    If after completing your booking and you haven’t received your confirmation email, please get in contact with us at including your details and we will send you the confirmation email again.

  • Do I have to print my booking confirmation?

    Normally, you don’t have to print your booking confirmation as you can take it with you on smartphone, but some car parks don’t have internet and they need the confirmation to be printed. Please follow the instructions indicated on your reservation.

  • Do I need to park in a specific parking space in the car park?

    Generally, there are no assigned parking spaces specifically for Parclick customers. You can park in any available parking space in the car park, unless stated otherwise. From the moment that you reserve your parking with Parclick, we guarantee you that there will be an available parking space for you on the day of your arrival, but not one in particular. Sometimes, some car parks tell Parclick customers an area where they should park or a specific number of spaces available. (In this case, you will find the details on your confirmation email).

  • The car park that I’ve booked for is in a limited traffic zone. Will I have any problems getting there?

    There are cities where areas are restricted to certain vehicles, limited to residents only, which have specific hours when driving is allowed etc. But with your Parclick booking, you’ll be able to access where you’ve booked, even if it is in one of these areas. Please check the information on your reservation and check the rules specific to the city where you have reserved.

  • Can I enter the car park with a trailer?

    No, your booking is only valid for the type of vehicle, which you’ve selected. That means the vehicle without a trailer, and not occupying more than one parking space. Please check the size of vehicles that may be admitted before completing your booking.

  • Do I have to leave my keys at the car park?

    This is not normally necessary, but there are a couple of small car parks where you do have to leave your keys so that they can relocate the cars in the car park, if necessary. And, of course, if you have reserved with a car park using its valet service.

  • Will my car be safe in the car park?

    Of course! The security of your vehicle is one of our top priorities. All the car parks we work with are insured and have security and monitoring systems.

  • I’ve had a problem at the car park, what can I do?

    Get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to help you. But, please remember that Parclick isn’t the owner of the car parks and therefore, every car park is responsible for what happens on its property. In any case, we will try to help you resolve your problem in the best way possible. Please bare in mind, that the maximum time to make a claim is 30 days after the end of your reservation. After this time, we will not be able to guarantee that your problem will be resolved.

  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?

    Yes! But we do advise you to check the cancelation and modification policy closely, as well as the specific information of the car park where you’ve booked, which can be found at the start of your booking process. Depending on the car park that you’ve selected, you will be able to cancel or change your booking before 11:59pm on the day before you’re due to arrive at the car park, or until 1 hour before the start of your booking.

    BUT, THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS:

    • Official car parks of the Guadeloupe and Martinique airports (France): you can cancel or modify up until 6pm on the day before your arrival. This applies to the local time in Guadeloupe and Martinique.
    • Official car parks of the Nice Airport (France): you can cancel or modify your booking with a minimum of 48 hours before you are due to arrive (the time stated on your booking).
    • Garade d’Abbeville (Paris, France): no cancelation or reimbursement under any circumstances.
  • What do I have to do to cancel my booking?

    It’s easy! If you are in within the time limit, then you can cancel your booking on our site for free, just go onto your account, click LOG IN, then MY BOOKINGS. If you prefer, we can do this for you for a cost of €1 plus VAT (to do this, send us an email at with your reservation number and we will cancel it for you). Your refund will be issued a few days later (the processing fee will not be refunded, nor the Paypal surcharge, if you have used this payment method).

  • What do I do to modify my booking?

    If you’ve paid with card and are within the allowed time period, you can change the time and date of your reservation, as well as the type of vehicle by entering into your user account with us. Log in and go on to My Bookings section. If the change involves a change of price to that of your current booking, you will be refunded or charged the difference on the same card that you used to make your first booking.

    If you’d like to change the car park where you’ve booked for, or any other piece of information such as the registration plate number, your telephone number, etc. then please send an email to and we will make all the necessary changes for you.

    If you’ve paid with PayPal, it’s not possible to modify the booking, you will have to cancel it and make a new reservation with the information you wish to update.

  • How can I cancel my account?

    It’s such a shame that you’re going! But if you’re sure you want to deactivate your account, please write an email to us with the email that you registered with to and we will deactivate it.
