You choose a time for the drop-off at ‘Victoria Hotel’ between numbers 1-5 Damrak street, right in front of Central Station Amsterdam and the canal boats, and your valet driver will be there to look after your vehicle and park it just outside the city centre of Amsterdam. Your car will be safe in their secured car park, until you want them to return it to you. Start discovering this amazing city from one of the most central points in Amsterdam; The central Station. It’s just in front of this hotel, so from here you have easy access to all trams, metros, buses, trains and canal boats! ☺ If the canal boats are a bit too slow for you, you can, of course, try a bicycle, you will not be alone! This is a Valet parking service. ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: 1. Please call the vehicle collection service 30 minutes before you arrive at the meeting point (the telephone number is indicated on your reservation). 2. A professional driver will be waiting for you at that address, ready to pick up your vehicle and take it to their guarded car park in the outskirts of Amsterdam. Keep your Parclick reservation with you! 3. To guarantee the quality of the service, when you hand over your car they will do a quick inspection and write down any observations about its condition. Keep this document with you, it will be your receipt when they return the vehicle to you. WHEN YOU RETURN: 1. Please call the car park 2 hours before you need to have your vehicle returned. 2. The car park staff will bring it back to where they picked it up. If you would like them to bring it somewhere else or at a different time to that on your reservation, please consult the terms and conditions on our website. 3. Please bear in mind that the driver will only be able to wait at the meeting point for a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time.
