How to enter?
Before your journey
When a move is made to the terminal or to the car park, it is likely that, during the journey, customers will be picked up at terminals 1 or 2 of the Barcelona Airport. For Terminal 1: Head towards express car park which is located in the departures area. Take a ticket and 200 metres away, you will see the control tower on your left. Park your car and the car park staff will come to carry out an inspection of the vehicle. For terminal 2: head towards the express car park. Take a ticket and once you reach terminal 2B, on your right, you will see a wall painting of Miró. Park your car, the car park staff will come to carry out na inspection of the vehicle.
Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.
During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
After your journey
Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
On your return: after picking up your suitcases, call the car park to be picked up or to return your vehicle.

In case of delay in the pick-up/drop-off of your car, the valet service will be used depending on availability, giving priority to clients with prearranged arrivals.
