How to enter?
Before your journey
ON ARRIVAL: Our chauffeur in black uniform with green official logo will be waiting for you at the Departures Terminal, in the express car park T1 or in front of the Miró mural T2(B). The vehicle will be checked before being taken to the car park.
Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.
During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
After your journey
Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
ON YOUR RETURN: After you have collected your luggage, call the driver on the telephone number indicated in your confirmation e-mail: 633601483.
The driver will deliver the vehicle to the meeting point indicated.
In case of any modification of your booking during your trip, we invite you to contact the driver's number indicated in your confirmation e-mail: 633601483.
1) THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VALUABLES LEFT INSIDE THE VEHICLE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPORTED.
2) IN CASE OF NON-RETURN ON THE DAY MARKED ON YOUR RESERVATION, EACH ADDITIONAL DAY HAS A SUPPLEMENT OF 10 EUROS PER DAY.
Extra services (not included in the price)
In case of exceeding the parking time, you will have to pay it directly to the driver by credit card, according to the hourly rate in force.
10 EUROS WILL BE CHARGED IF YOUR RETURN FLIGHT ARRIVES LATER THAN 00:30 DUE TO A DELAY. YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR WHATSAPP.
In case of delay in the flight to pick up the vehicle, a penalty of 10 euros per day of delay will be charged.
