How to enter?
Before your journey
When you arrive at the car park, to enter, take your ticket
The entrance to the T2 VIP car park is a little bit difficult to spot. You need to drive to Departures at Terminal 2, take the left lane, indicated 'Feria de Madrid', and immediately on your left there is a ramp leading to the Parking VIP entrance with a no entry/'solo vehículos autorizados' sign. Enter the car park using this ramp; you can do this with your Parclick reservation and an attendant will open the barrier and tell you where to park.
After your journey
The car park team will know what time your flight lands and will have your car ready when you arrive. Remember in the terminal, you have to walk following the signs to metro and then the VIP T2 car park is just on your right, at the beginning of the aisle of Terminal 3.
