Present the QR code on your reservation (on your phone or a printed version) to the orange Parclick reader, that you will find next to the entrance barrier. The light will turn green and the barrier will open (in 3-4 seconds). Park in any of the identified spaces for Parclick customers:
- Outdoor spaces: no 3, 7, 8, 9, 11.
- Underground spaces (floor -2): no 24, 25, 26, 40, 41.

DEPARTURE:
Show your QR code to the reader. If the light turns red, contact the operator through the barrier interphone.

IF YOUR BOOKING ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRANCE AND EXIT:
Follow the same process, indicated before, to enter and exit.

COURTESY TIME AND EXCEEDED TIME:
You have 30 minutes’ courtesy time to enter the car park before the time indicated on your booking and 30 minutes of courtesy time to leave after. If your stay exceeds the courtesy time, it will automatically charge you the difference on your card which you used to make your booking (+0.38€ / 15 mins). Read less
