Vieille Ville - Sablettes
Car park in Menton, in a great location. Guarded and open 24/7, Vieille Ville – Sablettes makes parking near the historical centre of this beautiful seaside town, and the beach that comes with it, a piece of cake. The gently swaying masts of the Vieux-Port de Menton (old port) are also just next door. In Place Fontana, the D6007 coastal road goes right passed it so getting to it is not at all tricky.
The fun doesn't stop there. Also nice and close by are the Saint-Michel Basilica and the Jean Cocteau Museum, which is inside the Bastion de Meton, a sturdy seaside fort from the 17th century, restored by Cocteau himself. The Place aux Herbes is a petite square with a couple of restaurants and is a great place to enjoy a meal in the leafy shade and is only a couple of minutes walk from the car park. As you can see, everything that Menton has to offer is at your disposal if you decide to use Vieille Ville – Sablettes.
As you have come to the south of France, it is more than likely you want to indulge in a bit of beach relaxation. Well, Sablettes beach is just a couple of minutes up the road, so, by parking here, you will have accomplished your mission!
The car park has disabled spaces, some charging stations for electric vehicles and, God forbid you should need one, the option of renting umbrellas. Stop teasing us and just book it!
