You can access the Notre-Dame car park without problems from la Cité street, the Quai des Orfèvres, the Saint-Michel Bridge or the Marché Neuf Wharf. The central location of the Saemes Notre-Dame car park allows you to save time and visit the most emblematic places in the capital, such as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, the Pont des Arts, the "Marché aux Fleurs," the Saint-Louis Island, the Saint-Michel neighborhood and the Sena Wharf. The Notre-Dame car park is also located a few metres away from the Latin neighborhood and RER lines B and C (St-Michel station) and the Cité metro station (line 4). Also, at a short distance from the Notre-Dame car park, you'll find the Batobus station, which allows you to get to the Eiffel Tower by river.
