If the reader does not recognise your licence plate, take a ticket to enter the car park and, when you leave, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier gate.
ON EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle in the same way as when you arrived at the car park, without you having to do anything.
