OPTION 1: Finding a car park in order to be able to get to Allianz Riviera in Nice


Euro 2016 will attract a large number of football fans to Nice, which is already regularly visited by tourists. Hence there is set to be a large number of drivers at the beginning of summer and parking in order to attend a Euro 2016 match will be very difficult.

A bus shuttle service has been implemented for evenings on which matches will be held during Euro 2016 which will run between the airport’s terminal 1 and the stadium. Take Ligne d’Azur 59 from Nice airport and get to Allianz Riviera in 40 minutes.

OPTION 2: Car parks close to Nice’s Fan Zone

Nice’s Fan Zone will be composed of two distinct spaces as opposed to just one space.

The first which will be set aside for broadcasting Euro 2016 matches will be situated in jardin Albert 1er and Théâtre de Verdure. It will have a capacity of 10 000 spectators and will be equipped with 2 giant screens which will broadcast every match played by the French national team, those played at Nice and every match played from the quarter finals. Which makes it no less than 23 matches which will be broadcast in Nice to the greatest pleasure of fans and supporters of football.

A second space set up on the United States platform will be reserved for activities. Numerous football related activities, digital entertainment, beach volleyball, footvolley and much more will be organized.

Do you intend to visit Nice’s Fan Zone to attend the broadcast of Euro 2016 matches or take part in the various activities scheduled to take place? Finding a parking space during this period which is a tourist favourite, will be very difficult, if you are travelling by car. Allianz Riviera Stadium

Allianz Riviera Stadium has a capacity of over 35 000 and is located in Saint-Isidore quarter in Nice.

Due to being located right at the centre of Nice’s Eco-vallée, parking close to Allianz Rivera Stadium can be really difficult. Hence it is quite necessary to use public transport. If you are arriving by car, ensure you make use of a car park in Nice’s city centre before taking bus 95 which will take you directly to Allianz Riviera Stadium.



Nice and its Allianz Riviera stadium have been chosen to host a selection of the matches which will be played during the UEFA European Championships: Euro 2016.  It will be possible to attend 4 matches in Nice one of which will be a knockout match!
