Place Drouet-d'Erlon, often shortened to Place d'Erlon, by the inhabitants, is one of the main squares in the centre of Reims. It is a pedestrian area full of cafés, hotels and restaurants which make it as popular with locals as it is with tourists.

The Place d'Erlon stretches between the major boulevards along the Square Colbert and the Hautes-Promenades (namely the Boulevard du Général-Leclerc and the Boulevard Foch) and the roundabout where the Rue Condorcet, Rue de Thillois, Rue Théodore-Dubois and Rue Marx-Dormoy converge. More than 300 metres long and slightly wider than the others, this square is also bordered by the Espace d'Erlon shopping centre and the Gaumont Reims cinema. In the centre of the Place d'Erlon, at the intersection between the latter, rue Buirette and rue de l'Étape, stands the statue La Gloire above the Subé fountain.

Walking through the surrounding streets, you will also find the church of Saint-Jacques, the Fine Arts Museum and the Reims Opera House.
