Before your journey

UPON ARRIVAL : <br/><br> The user agrees to arrive at the parking lot at least 2 hours before their airport appointment. 10 minutes before arriving at the parking lot, please call the shuttle to inform them of your arrival. The shuttle can carry a maximum of 4 people; if your group is larger, it should be divided into two groups. Extra passengers will be dropped off at the airport before the shuttle reaches the parking lot. Child and baby seats are provided upon request. Directions: At the Grenay roundabout, follow the one-way road along Chemin de Montchat. Continue straight ahead, pass the company SUEZ, continue straight, and we are on your left: you have arrived.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

UPON RETURN : <br/><br> After collecting your luggage and arriving at the meeting point, call the driver’s number so they can pick you up with the shuttle.
