TO ACCESS THE CAR PARK: on arrival at the car park, stop in front of the barrier. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET. Wait a few seconds and your number plate will be automatically recognised by the reader. The barrier will open without you having to do anything. If the reader does not recognise your number plate, DO NOT TAKE A TICKET and press the information button on the entry post, providing your booking details and number plate. Remote Assistance staff will locate your booking and open the barrier for you, so you won't need to do anything on exit either.
ON DEPARTURE: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle, just as it did on arrival at the car park, without you having to do anything. If the number plate reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance and follow staff instructions. If the intercom is not working, call the number found on your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: You can access the car park up to one hour before the time stated on your booking. If you try to access the car park outside this one-hour margin, the barrier will not open. However, please note that any additional time will be charged, whether you arrive earlier or leave later than the times stated on your booking, according to the local rates applied by the car park at that time. In such cases, you will receive the corresponding receipt for that extra time at the end of your booking.
PLEASE REMEMBER: There is no priority entry; in the case of events, you may need to queue or wait if the car park is full.
