TO OPEN THE BARRIER: Approach the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle, and the barrier will open automatically without you having to press any button. Park in any available space.
IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: USE THE QR CODE RECEIVED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL: If the reader does not recognize your license plate, hold the QR code up to the reader. If it still doesn't work, call directly on the intercom. Load your QR code in advance, depending on the network coverage, within the parking lot.
TO EXIT: Approach the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle, and the barrier will open automatically without having to press any button. If the license plate reading does not work, scan the QR code at the exit terminal.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: If the parking lot has pedestrian access, open the door or barrier with the code or QR CODE available in your reservation.
The reservation always allows for multiple entries and exits.

I had an online booking but the system did not recognize my number plate. I had to take a ticket and when I left the parking next day I explained the situation to the staff on duty. They immeadiately opened the gate after verifying my booking. Thanks!

Come la maggior parte dei parcheggi coperti della zona, risultano scomodi e pericolosi nelle varie situazioni. Avevo un SUV e l'ingresso si presenta strettissimo, ho rischiato di graffiare la macchina all'accesso e in uscita. Aria irrespirabile
