If it still doesn't work, call directly on the intercom. Load your QR code in advance, depending on the network coverage, within the parking lot.
TO EXIT: Approach the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle, and the barrier will open automatically without having to press any button. If the license plate reading does not work, scan the QR code at the exit terminal.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: If the parking lot has pedestrian access, open the door or barrier with the code or QR CODE available in your reservation.

Totales Desaster: beim Einfahren ging die Schranke nicht hoch, obwohl wir online reserviert hatten. Beim Ausfahren sollten wir dann für das Ticket noch 160 € nachzahlen. Anrufen war ewig lang ohne Antwort. Nach 50 Minuten kamen wir endlich raus.
