The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle and the barrier will open. If the barrier does not open automatically, you must take a ticket and call the intercom or go to the control booth with your reservation.
If you arrive at the car park within the valid time of your reservation and there is a "parking full" sign at the gate, your parking space is still guaranteed. UPON EXITING:
When you are going to leave with your vehicle, stop in front of the barrier and the reader will recognize your license plate. The barrier will open without you having to do anything, just like on your arrival. If you have exceeded the valid time of your reservation, the barrier will not open. You will have to go to the control booth or cashier to pay the excess at the regular rate.

Ich habe für 1 Woche gebucht. Die Einfahrt klappte jedesmal. Die Ausfahrt klappte von 6 Einfahrten 3 x nicht. Ich musste jedes Mal anrufen um ausfahren zu können. Am letzten Tag hab ich lieber auf der Straße einen Parkplatz gesucht

On an interim exit the barrier didn't lift but the attendant answered the intercom promptly and helped us. My only concerns were the narrowness of the entry and the leaks.
