It was a bit unclear. On arrival, the door opened by license plate recognition, so it did not open via the link. Therefore, it was not possible to exit via the link. Fortunately, an employee was able to help us further. - Translated with AI
It was difficult exiting the garage. I swiped access and it opened the entrance and had to go through each combination (pedestrian entrance) before I got to open the exit. Also my booking still says unpaid when I used the app and gave my credit card.
