TO ACCESS THE PARKING: Upon your arrival at the parking, stop in front of the barrier. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET. Wait a few seconds, and your licence plate will be automatically recognised by the reader. The barrier will open without you having to do anything. If the reader does not recognise your licence plate, DO NOT TAKE A TICKET and press the information button on the entry post, and provide your booking reference and licence plate. The Remote Assistance staff will locate your booking and open the barrier for you, so you won't have to do anything upon exit.
ON YOUR DEPARTURE: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle just as it did when you arrived at the parking, without any action required on your part. If the reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance door and follow the instructions from the staff. If the intercom does not work, call the number provided in your booking.
ATTENTION: You may access the parking up to one hour before the scheduled time in your booking. If you try to enter the parking outside this one-hour window, the barrier will not open. However, please note that any additional time, whether arriving early or leaving later than the hours specified in your booking, will be charged according to the local parking rates at the time. In such cases, you will receive the corresponding receipt for the extra time at the end of your booking.
