Before your journey
It is recommended that you arrive approximately 2.5 to 3 hours before your departure time. 1. Please call the valet service on +49 162 23 54 20 9 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport and inform the staff that you are an Parclick customer. 2. The employee will be waiting for you at the meeting point and will prepare the pick-up protocol with you. The mileage, fuel level and any existing damage to the vehicle will be recorded.
Call the car park approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once the booking is made.
During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you.
After your journey
Call the car park to request the return of your car. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
