ON ARRIVAL
Collect your ticket at the entrance and park on floor -3 or -4.
Go to the control booth with your Parclick reservation and ticket. The staff will give you a ticket to enter and exit as many times as you wish.
If there are no staff at the control booth, don't worry. Use the intercom located in the control booth to contact the remote service centre and they will tell you how to proceed. TO EXIT
Use the ticket given to you by the staff.
If you exceed your parking time, you are invited to pay for it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
To access the car park on foot, you must go through the pedestrian access.
