UPON ARRIVAL:

TO ACCESS THE PARKING: Upon arrival at the car park, stop in front of the barrier. Wait a few seconds and your license plate will be automatically recognized by the reader. The barrier will open, TAKE THE TICKET that is automatically printed. In case the reader does NOT recognize your license plate, DO NOT TAKE A TICKET and press the information button on the entry post (i) and indicate your booking and license plate. Remote Assistance staff will locate your booking and open the barrier so that you don't have to do anything else when leaving. If your license plate does NOT correspond to the one initially indicated on the voucher, call the intercom and provide your new license plate.

UPON DEPARTURE: Stop in front of the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle just like when you arrived at the car park, without you having to do anything. If the license plate reader does not recognize your vehicle, contact Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located on the barrier.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance door and follow the instructions from the staff. In case the intercom does not work, call the number found on your booking.

ATTENTION: You can access the car park up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time in your booking, but you must pay for this additional time at the control booth or the payment machine, according to local parking rates. If you try to access the car park outside of this 30-minute window, the barrier will not open.

REMEMBER THAT: There is no entry priority; in case of events, you will have to queue or wait if the car park is full.
