The barrier will open automatically as soon as your license plate is recognized. Once inside the parking, go down to level -3 and park wherever you like (remember to take a photo of your parking space number to make your return easier). Upon your return, the barrier will open automatically when you leave (note: you have a 30-minute window to exit the parking based on the time you entered when booking, if you exceed this, an extra fee will apply). In case of any issues on-site, ring the intercom and the parking attendant will assist you. In case of any issue when opening the barrier, please take a ticket at the entrance. When exiting, you must press the intercom located at the barrier and state that your booking was made with Alyse Parc Auto. Do not pay under any circumstances using the entry ticket. No refund will be granted if payment is made using this ticket.
