Elit Parking - Shuttle - Aéroport de Lyon

Before your journey

Upon arrival, you MUST go through ELIT Parking, located at rue du TAILLIS 38540 GRENAY. Proceed to the hangar door in front of you. On this door, a 2 m x 1 m sign will indicate which parking to use: Parking 1: on the left; Parkings 2, 3: on the right; Parking 4: Use the QR code displayed on the sign, or the following link: https://qrfy.io/p020AmWA8m . Park only in the indicated parking with your passengers and luggage; the driver will pick you up from the assigned parking. Attention: it is essential to go through Parking 1 to know which parking to use. Do not wait late at night in front of Parking 4 (Budget Parking) while drivers are directing people to Parking 1.

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Shuttle departing from the airport to ELIT Parking: Shuttles leave every 30 minutes, at :15 and :45 of each hour.

Additional info

In order to offer you the best possible service, it is mandatory to reserve your seat on the shuttle (round trip); a link is sent 24 hours before departure. There is no need to send an SMS or call to notify us of your arrival. Please wait in the indicated parking area until the shuttle arrives. It runs at :00 and :30 every hour. Important: To avoid any inconvenience, please arrive 10 minutes before the shuttle departure. Passengers are picked up according to the reserved shuttle schedule. Punctuality is essential. The pick-up point is the same as the drop-off point, at the PRO Parking.

Extra services (not included in the price)

For all families of 5 people or more, a fee of €10 per trip per person will be applied. To book 5 seats, please confirm by email at contact@elit-parking.fr . Without email confirmation, the 5th person cannot be accepted, even if the reservation indicates 5 people or more. You also have the option to drop off your family at the airport and return only with the driver to avoid paying the extra fee. Extra charge for utility vehicles or minibuses (Type Trafic, Jumpy, Classe V, Caravelle…): €20 Motorhomes or large utility vehicles (Type Master…) are prohibited. Finally, for safety and comfort reasons, oversized luggage (bikes, surfboards, skis, kitesurf equipment, animals, etc.) is not allowed in our shuttles. They must be dropped off at the airport before your visit to the parking. Late fee (for returns): 2–5 hours late: €5 5–10 hours late: €10 10 hours to 1 day late: €20 Then €5 per additional day of delay. No fees for late entries or departures.
