IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: USE THE QR CODE RECEIVED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL: If the reader does not recognize your license plate, hold the QR code up to the reader. If it still doesn't work, call directly on the intercom. Load your QR code in advance, depending on the network coverage, within the parking lot.
TO EXIT: Approach the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle, and the barrier will open automatically without having to press any button. If the license plate reading does not work, scan the QR code at the exit terminal.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: If the parking lot has pedestrian access, open the door or barrier with the code or QR CODE available in your reservation.

Pas de place dans le parking alors que place payée et que sur le site il est indiqué suite paiement que la place est réservée. Et si problème il faut contacter la borne et la quelle est la surprise d'entendre que le "gardien" avait fini sa journée...

Arrivé sur place parking complet alors qu'il y avait une réservation, lecteur de plaque ne marche pas pour rentrer, après appel il ouvre la barrière, et pareil pour ressortir obligé d'appeler car lecteur de plaque ne fonctionne pas.
