Before your journey

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 10 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

On your return : Please send 2 messages : Upon landing Once you have exited the airport

Access : Gate open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Outside these hours, please contact the car park (access 24/7)

Extra services (not included in the price)

Conditions : For a night-time pick-up between 10 PM and 6 AM, a supplement of €10 to €15 applies. Delay of more than 30 minutes : €10 supplement Pick-up or return carried out between 10 PM and 6 AM : €10 supplement Breakdown service (battery, etc.) : €5 For any changes, you can contact the car park by SMS.
