Instructions

Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 10 minutes

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

Location of the customer service booth: 200 meters from the airport terminal (Avda. del Comandante García Morato nº 36).

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

Additional info

The shuttle has 9 available seats. You must request an infant car seat. The drop-off point for the shuttle is at Terminal 3, in the departures area. The pick-up point for the shuttle is at Terminal 2, at the end of the tunnel in the arrivals area.

Extra services (not included in the price)

The car park provides a valet service (pick-up and drop-off at the airport) for an additional fee of 5€. This service is only available between 7:00 and 23:00. Outside of these hours, only the shuttle runs. Other extra services include car washing.
