ON EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle in the same way as when you arrived at the car park, without you having to do anything. If the plate reader does not recognise your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff via the intercom located at the barrier.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the access code indicated on your Parclick reservation voucher. If the car park does not have a pedestrian access keypad, use the intercom at the pedestrian access door.

WARNING: You can access the car park up to one hour before the time of your reservation. If you attempt to access the car park outside of this one-hour timeframe, the barrier will not open. However, please be aware that any extra time will be charged, whether you arrive earlier or leave later than the time stated on your booking, depending on the local rates that the car park operates at that time. In these cases, you will receive a receipt for the extra time at the end of your booking. PARKING SPACE NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS CAR PARK. Bei der Online-Buchung hatte das System unser Kennzeichen LÖ nicht korrekt übernommen, so dass wir ein Ticket ziehen mussten, weil der Eingangs-Scanner das Kennzeichen nicht erkennen konnten. Wir hatten Probleme bei der Ausfahrt, da wir kein frz. konnten.

Llegamos con un coche alquilado y al reservarl el parking un mes antes no pudimos dar la matrícula.Seguimos las instrucciones y el personal no nos arregló el problema diario para salir , tardaban en abrirnos y tuvimos muchos problemas con otros clientes
