BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: call the parking facility to notify them of your arrival (and book seats on the shuttle). From the fifth passenger onwards, there will be a €10 surcharge per passenger.
The shuttle schedule is arranged according to the information provided at the time of booking. If your arrival or departure time changes, you must notify the parking facility as soon as possible. In the event of unreported delays or early arrivals, you will need to wait for the first available seat on the next shuttle. If you require immediate transportation, a dedicated shuttle is available for an additional €20.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: access the parking facility and follow the staff’s instructions. After validating your reservation with the staff, board the next available shuttle. The shuttle will take you to the port.
UPON YOUR RETURN: when you are about to arrive at the port, call the parking facility to request shuttle pickup. The shuttle will wait for you at the meeting point agreed during the call.
IF YOUR PASS INCLUDES UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: the parking facility is fully automated, the customer can use an app to autonomously open the garage and license plate recognition for entry and exit. No security deposit required.
