UPON ARRIVAL: Enter the car park and stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle, issue a ticket and open the barrier. Park in any available space.
IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: Scan the QR code on your booking at the QR and ticket reader.
ON DEPARTURE: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your car and the barrier will open automatically. If it does not open, present the ticket you received on entry. If this still does not work, use the QR code on your booking.
IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: Follow the same procedure above each time you enter or leave the car park.
ACCESS OUTSIDE OF THE RESERVATION TIME: You can enter up to 2 hours before the start of your reservation or leave after the end time if you need to. This additional time will incur an extra charge. To pay for it, use your entry ticket or the QR code from your reservation at the automatic payment machines in the car park and follow the instructions on the screen.
