UPON ARRIVAL: Enter the car park.
TO OPEN THE BARRIER: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically without you having to press any buttons. Park in any available space.
IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: use the 24-hour intercom and give your name and licence plate number. You can also go to the office during staff hours to have your licence plate validated or to obtain a manual ticket.
TO LEAVE: Stop in front of the barrier. The licence plate reader will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically without you having to press any buttons.
IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: Follow the same procedure as above to enter and exit.
If you have exceeded the time limit: go to the Control Centre or ATM and, with your vehicle registration number or ticket, you will be issued with a new ticket to pay for the excess time at the rotation price.
