In Tarragona, most of the streets in the city centre are regulated by the ORA (Ordinance Regulating Parking). There are three ways of regulated parking depending on the needs of each person.

• Green zone (resident preference): long term parking for residents and short term parking for non-residents with a maximum of 2 hours. Resident rate 1 day: 0,40€. Non-resident 2h:4€.
• Orange zone (long term): long term places, maximum 1 day for residents and non-residents, but residents have a discount. Resident rate 1 day:0,40€. Non-residents 1 day:1€.

The opening hours of the blue zone, green zone and orange zone in general are:

• Monday to Saturday: from 9.00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours.
• Sundays and public holidays: free of charge

In any of these areas, the cancellation of a fine involves the payment of €8.00 to Tarragona City Council.
