UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Drive to the meeting point agreed upon with the car park staff. You will find the valet at the designated location. Provide the valet with your Parclick booking number. The valet will ask for your car keys and drive your vehicle to the car park. UPON YOUR RETURN: Call the car park at least 30 minutes in advance to have the valet return your vehicle. The staff will deliver it to you at the agreed time and location. IMPORTANT: If your pass includes unlimited entry and exit, please contact the parking facility in advance (at least 30 minutes) to arrange the car valet service. This way, the staff will be able to deliver your car at the agreed time and meeting point.
