How to enter?
Before your journey
When a move is made to the terminal or to the car park, it is likely that, during the journey, customers will be picked up at terminals 1 or 2 of the Barcelona Airport.
After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 15 minutes.
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey
After collecting your luggage, call the car park to request being collected. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you in the terminal of the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
On your return: after picking up your suitcases, call the car park to be picked up or to return your vehicle.
Additional information
Pick-up point for the shuttle: T1: at the bus stop, at the Gate G airport exit. T2: at the bus stop between terminal Gates B and C. The free airport shuttle may take up to 8 people. In case of delay in the pick-up/drop-off of your car, the shuttle will be organized depending on availability, giving priority to clients with prearranged arrivals.

If you're bringing more than 2 suitcases, there is an additional fee of 3€, and if it involves special baggage (oversized), 5€.
