Also, when you return, contact the HolaPark car park and in a matter of minutes, they’ll pick you up to bring you to the car park where you left your car.

During the purchasing process, select the date you plan to arrive. After making the online payment you will receive a voucher via email with you reservation code. On the date of your reservation, enter the parking lot as usual. Once you're out of the car, approach the control booth with the Parclick voucher and the ticket you took. Our staff there will check your reservation using the reservation code. From there you will be taken to Lisbon Airport in our vehicle. Upon your return, once you have collected your luggage, call us and within 5 minutes we will come and pick you up at the Departures Terminal. Read less

Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 1 minutes.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the car park to request being collected. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you in the terminal of the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

Additional information

Terminal T2: pick up and drop off is between Terminal B and C, before arriving at C (where there's a bus stop area, at the end of the walkway that connects both terminals). Terminal T1: in the Departures area, at the first door (Turkish Airlines...).
