Before your journey

BEFORE ARRIVAL: Call the voucher number 15 minutes before your arrival so the team can prepare your arrival. UPON ARRIVAL: Drive directly to the indicated address. Our staff will register your reservation and assign a covered, secure space for your vehicle.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

VEHICLE DELIVERY OPTIONS 1. Standard delivery with private VIP transfer → Leave your car in the parking lot and the shuttle will take you directly to your terminal (up to 4 passengers). 2. Direct delivery at the terminal → If you prefer, you can notify the driver upon arrival and they will pick you up directly at your departure terminal.
