DEPARTURE: use the card/device the staff gave you.
IF YOUR BOOKING ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRANCE AND EXIT: use the card/device the staff gave you.
If there are no personnel in the control booth, do not worry: Use the intercom located at the ATM or at the information totem, control booth side, to contact our Remote Service Centre and follow the same process described above. PEOPLE WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SMOU APP MUST ALWAYS GO THROUGH THE BOOTH AND VALIDATE THEIR BOOKING SO AS NOT TO MAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT.

la carte pour les 15 jours ne fonctionnait pas il fallait appeler sur la borne pour sortir avec des correspondants pas toujours aimables..( et les gens qui ralaient derriere )... de plus nous somme resté une nuit de plus pour 48 euros!
