ON ARRIVAL: To access the car park, it is IMPORTANT to use the entrance signposted as "RESERVATIONS ACCESS". DO NOT ENTER through the public access entrance located further along the same street. Should you enter through this entrance by mistake, THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED BY THE MINUTE, as indicated on the signage at the entrance and inside. IMPORTANT: PARK IN ANY FREE SPACE ON LEVEL -2. Please DO NOT PARK ON LEVEL -1, which is reserved exclusively for subscribers. TO OPEN THE BARRIER: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognize your vehicle. IF THE BARRIER DOES NOT OPEN: Enter the access code provided on the booking voucher once confirmed. TO EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The number plate reader will recognize your vehicle. IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: Follow the same procedure described above to enter and exit. IMPORTANT: In case of any issue, you can use the intercom at the entrance or call +34 602 222 238.
