TO OPEN THE BARRIER: take the ticket. Go to the control booth with your Parclick reservation and the ticket. Park in any available space. IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: use the card/remote control given to you by the staff. IF THERE IS NO STAFF IN THE PARKING LOT AND IT IS CLOSED: When you arrive at the parking lot, use the same phone number you provided in your reservation and make the call from it for FREE. The gate will open automatically to let you in. Once inside, park on the first floor in the NON-RESERVED spaces and exit the car park through the pedestrian gate. Whether you are entering the car park on foot or by car, or leaving in your vehicle, you must call the telephone number provided to open the gate.
