Once you have made your reservation with Parclick, you must call the car park (T1: +34 656 935 816 // T2: +34 670 845 372) to reserve a place on the bus/shuttle that will take you to the terminal
Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes
On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.
Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.
Location of the customer service booth: The control booth is located at the entrance of the parking lot
After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.
On the way back the meeting point is in T1 the G Shuttle car park, On the way back the meeting point is in T2 the Shuttle parking, just where there is a C sign at the end of the bus stop
Call the car park when you're arriving at the meeting point.
