BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL Call the telephone number on the voucher 15 minutes before arrival. UPON ARRIVAL 1. Upon arrival at the car park, go directly to Calle Vila i Vilà 61. 2. The car park staff will welcome you and assign you a secure space for your vehicle. You can choose to park yourself or let the team do it for you. 3. Transfer to the cruise terminal • The transfer is carried out in our vans, which are officially licensed to operate within the Port of Barcelona. • As a backup measure, we also use platforms such as Cabify or Uber, always guaranteeing your direct arrival at the terminal without waiting. DURING YOUR CRUISE • Your car will remain safe in one of our network's covered car parks, located within a maximum radius of 6 km from the port. • All spaces are protected and monitored for your peace of mind. ON YOUR RETURN 1. Upon arrival at the terminal, contact the car park staff on the number provided on your voucher to arrange your return transfer. 2. Once at the car park, your car will be ready for you to continue your journey without any hassle. TIMETABLES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES *The transfer service is available on request at the time indicated in your booking. *Extra services such as car washing or electric vehicle charging can be requested from the car park staff. *On request: baby seats, disabled facilities, service on public holidays 25, 26 and 31 December.
