Very important: half an hour before your arrival, you must call the contact number so the Parkingvol team can give you the exact pick-up point. Upon arrival, one of our drivers will be waiting to check you in. Photos of the car's exterior and the odometer will be taken as a guarantee. Once the process is complete, we'll take you directly to the corresponding airport terminal in a passenger van, along with your luggage. It's that easy. While you enjoy your trip, your car will be monitored 24 hours a day, with security cameras to ensure its protection. For your safety, we recommend that you do not leave valuables inside the vehicle, as Parkingvol is not responsible for them. Upon your return, once you have landed and collected your bags, simply call the same number and our team will pick you up at the designated pick-up point for each terminal: Terminal 1: at the end of the DEPARTURES section, Express Parking, right in front of the white AENA VIP booth. Terminal 2: in the DEPARTURES area, in front of the Miró mural, just before Terminal B. From there, we will transfer you back to the parking lot, where your vehicle will be waiting for you. Instructions

Before your journey

You must be at the car park at least 2 hours before check-in for your flight. Half an hour before arriving at the car park, call the telephone number on your voucher and you will be told where to pick up your car at the Vilamarina Shopping Centre car park. From there, you will be taken by shuttle to the airport.

After completing your booking with Parclick, you must call the car park to reserve a space on the bus which will take you from the car park to the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

After your journey

After collecting your luggage, call the parking lot to request pickup. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point at the airport terminal. The parking lot's phone number will be provided once the reservation is made.

On your return, when you land and collect your luggage, call the number on your voucher and you will be given instructions for collection: - TERMINAL 1: At the end of the EXPRESS DEPARTURES car park, opposite a white Aena VIP booth, - TERMINAL 2: At DEPARTURES. Just before Terminal B, in front of the Miró Mural.

EACH ADDITIONAL DAY OF DELAY IS 7,5 €. - THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VALUABLES IN THE CAR.
