FOLLOW THE PICTURE MARKED WITH A LINE ON YOUR ARRIVAL: the area is under construction at the corner of Rda Sant Antoni and Villaroel, but there is a very easy and direct access if you enter from Villaroel. If you arrive from Rambla del Raval via Calle Erasme Janeral, you will have to enter through the entrance on Calle Riera Alta 23.
If it does not open at the barrier, get a ticket to open the barrier or call the information button on the barrier for help. Go down to floor -1 and park in any free parking space.
If you arrive at night or on public holidays and find the street gate closed, call the Control Centre telephone number on the voucher or use the intercom system next to the gate. Identify your reservation and they will open it for you and then follow the steps above.
PEDESTRIAN: Leave the car park through the pedestrian accesses at Riera Alta 23 or Erasme Janer 4.
When you return you can enter through either of them using the ticket you took at the entrance on the intercom reader, or call the Control Centre to be opened.
ON YOUR EXIT: go to the barrier at the exit ramp at c/ Erasme Janer 4 and ask for the gate to be opened.
If you prefer, you can ask when there are staff in the car park to generate a QR card that will allow you to enter and leave the car park autonomously and unlimited during your stay.

Le parking n'est pas accessible avec le lecteur de plaque et pour sortir du parking il faut contacter via l'interphone un agent qui ne veut pas comprendre la situation et refuse d'ouvrir la porte de sortie. J'ai dû attendre la sortie d'une autre personne.
