You can now park in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter! This car park is located on the Blue Land Princesa de Barcelona, next to the Jaume I metro station, which serves line 4. It has two entrances, one on Carrer de la Princesa (access is via Carrer Comerç, press the button to give access to the street indicating Parking Pincesa) and the other on Carrer del Vigatans (you can get there by going up Via Laietana and turning right at Argentería). From the Laietana Princesa car park you will be able to walk to Barcelona Cathedral, the Santa María del Mar and the Palau de la Generalitat de Catalunya (located in the Plaça Sant Jaume) in just 5 minutes! No joke! In the car park's surroundings you'll be able to visit loads of different museums like the Museo Frederic Marès, the Art Galleries, the History Museum (MUHBA) and the Picasso Museum. The area around the car park is undergoing construction work, but there are two entrances to the car park: - Via Carrer de la Princesa. Access is via Carrer Comerç. If the bollard is raised, press the button to gain access to the street marked Parking Princesa. - Via Carrer dels Vigatans. You can access it by going up Via Laietana, which is open to traffic in both directions if you have a Parclick reservation, and turning right at Argentería. TO OPEN THE BARRIER: Parking without a ticket. Park in any available space. Go to the control booth with your Parclick reservation. If there is no staff, call the intercom. TO EXIT: use the card given to you by the staff. IF YOUR PASS ALLOWS UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: use the card.
