During the purchasing process, select the date you plan to arrive. After making the online payment you will receive a voucher via email with you reservation code.
On the date of your reservation, enter the parking lot as usual, take a ticket at the entrance and park in any empty spot.
Upon your return, drive your car to the exit barrier and call the intercom which is on the pillar of the barrier. A Quick operator will answer from the control room and ask you for information regarding your Parclick reservation. Afterwards, the operator will raise the barrier to allow you to exit the car park.
THIS VOUCHER IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE ENTRY AND ONE EXIT FROM THE CAR PARK AND CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE DATES AND TIMES STATED ON THE BOOKING VOUCHER.

Given the limited traffic zone in Bologna, this was absolutely perfect. You can park your car outside the ZTL and leave it there while exploring the city centre. It's easy to reach and easy to leave and the staff were very helpful.
