UPON ARRIVAL:

TO ACCESS THE PARKING: Upon arrival at the parking lot, stop in front of the barrier. DO NOT TICKET A TICKET. Wait a few seconds and your license plate will be automatically recognized by the reader. The barrier will open without you having to do anything. If the reader does not recognize your license plate, DO NOT TICKET A TICKET and press the information button on the entrance post and inform the driver of your reservation and license plate. The Remote Assistance staff will locate your reservation and open the barrier for you, so you do not have to do anything upon exiting.

ON EXIT: Stop in front of the barrier. The license plate reader will recognize your vehicle just as it did upon arrival at the parking lot, without you having to do anything. If the license plate reader does not recognize your vehicle, contact the Remote Assistance staff through the intercom located at the barrier.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Use the intercom at the pedestrian entrance and follow the staff's instructions. If the intercom doesn't work, call the number on your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: You can access the parking lot up to 30 minutes before your reservation time, but you must pay for this additional time at the control booth or cashier, according to local parking rates. If you attempt to access the parking lot outside of this 30-minute window, the barrier will not open.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no priority entry. In the event of an event, you will have to queue or wait if the parking lot is full.
