The car park offers a free, ongoing shuttle service to airport terminals 1 and 2 within about 5 minutes. On the day of your return you have 4 hours of leeway in case your flight is delayed. The JetPark car park is very easy to find if you take Avenida Severiano Falcão or Moçambique Street, since it's located on Rua Professor Henrique de Barros. Read less

Once you're out of the car, approach the control booth with the Parclick voucher and the ticket you took. Our staff there will check your reservation using the reservation code.



From there you will be taken to Lisbon Airport in our vehicle. Read less

Before your journey

Please arrive to the car park with sufficient time. Take into account the check-in process, from when you park, prove your booking and get the bus to the airport, it takes approximately 5 minutes.

On arriving, there will be an inspection of your vehicle.

Park your car and go to the customer service office to validate your booking.

After collecting your luggage, call the car park to request being collected. During the call, someone will confirm the meeting point for you in the terminal of the airport. The phone number of the car park will be given once you've made your booking.
