When you arrive at the car park, to enter, take your ticket
If this ticket shows the wrong number plate, you will have to go to the office with your Parclick reservation after having parked.
Go to the control booth (or ATM) to validate the ticket that you got at the entrance. Location of the customer service booth: on level 0 go out from the 'Llegadas' area (Arrivals); if you go out from the 'Salidas' area (departures), the reception is on the same floor (level 2) near column 34. Only in case you have exceeded the time of your booking you will have to cover the difference in price in the car park. Then, drive towards the exit with your vehicle and use this ticket to open the barrier.
