Parking in Marseille, near the Préfecture de Bouches-du-Rhône, Opera de Marseille and the Cantini Museum. The Parking Rome car park is a great, safe place to leave your car if you are looking for a parking spot in the centre of Marseille, and especially if you want to be near the Place Félix-Baret or the Place de la Préfecture, with the Place Castellane just a little further away. You can access this car park from Rue Sylvabelle (near the Rue de Rome), other streets nearby are Boulevard Paul-Paytral and Boulevard Louis-Salvator, as well as the Place Jean-Jaurès.
Important: take care with the size of your vehicle. Big cars and 4x4s must be reserved as vans.
Take advantage of this opportunity to park near the Saint-Charles church, the Cantini Museum, the United States Consulate, the administrative court and the Israeli consistory of Marseille. On the other hand, if you are looking for a parking near the Opera de Marseille, Parking Rome is a good alternative as it's only 10 minutes walk away. You will also find many shops in the area on such as Rue de Rome, Rue Grignan, Francis-Davso Street and Rue Saint-Ferréol.
If you have to move around Marseille without your car, no problem: Parking Rome is within walking distance of several metro and tram stations.
