On the day of your arrival, enter the parking lot, take the ticket at the entrance and park in in one of the parking areas. After parking, go to the parking offices with your Parclick voucher and the entrance ticket to validate your reservation. Here, the staff will verify the validity of the booking reference and provide you with the reservation ticket to use when exiting the parking. If the offices are closed or if there is a temporary absence of staff, don't worry: you can return later during the opening hours indicated on the parking information sheet to validate your purchase. If you need to leave the parking lot, use the intercom located at one of the automatic cash machines to contact the Control Room. By providing your booking reference, you will receive assistance on what to do. SUBSCRIPTION INSTRUCTIONS During the purchase process, choose the start date. On the day of your arrival, access the parking facility with your vehicle as usual, collect a ticket at the entrance, and park in one of the designated parking areas. After parking, go to the parking office with the Parclick receipt and entrance ticket to sign the subscription contract and collect the ticket that will allow you to enter and exit. If the office is closed or there is temporary staff absence, don’t worry: you can come back later during the opening hours specified on the parking facility’s information sheet to validate your purchase. Renewal of the subscription for the following months can be done directly at the automatic kiosk or at the parking facility's info point.
