Therefore, we will explain to you in detail how to get to the centre of Venice after having left your vehicle in this car park at the Venice Mestre Station ;) You have several options: you can take a train from Venezia Mestre, which will take you to the Santa Lucía Venice Station in Venice itself, in just one stop. On the date of your reservation, enter the parking lot as usual, take a ticket at the entrance and park in a spot highlighted as reserved. Once you're out of the car, approach the control booth with the Parclick voucher and the ticket you took. Our staff there will check your reservation using the reservation code, and will give you a card that will allow you out. If there is no personnel in the control booth, or the control booth is already closed when you get there, do not worry: You can come back another time during your stay within the opening hours of the control booth to validate your reservation. In case you need to leave and you cannot validate your reservation yet, use the intercom located on any ATM within the car park to contact our Remote Service Centre: Once you provide the locator code of your reservation we will help you out.
