ON ARRIVAL: Stop your car in the reception area and show your Parclick booking to the staff. You will receive a provisional ticket – keep it safe, as you’ll need it to enter, exit, and complete the checkout.
The staff will park your car for you – please leave them the keys.
WHEN EXITING: Go to reception, hand over the provisional ticket, and pay any extra time if applicable. You’ll then receive the final ticket to exit the car park. Collect your car keys and leave.
IF YOUR PASS INCLUDES UNLIMITED ENTRIES AND EXITS: Upon arrival, show your booking to the staff and collect a provisional ticket. This will allow you to enter and exit freely for the duration of your reservation, simply by showing it to the staff each time.
